Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event will not be eligible for a refund (full or partial).

Cancellations received more than 48 hours of the scheduled event will incur a 50% administration fee of the total payment. 

Substitutions are welcome at any time, provided the new attendee qualifies to receive the type of ticket from the initial guest. Details of the new attendee must be supplied to IAB Australia and include full name, job title, company name and email address. 

Tickets are not transferable to other events and no credit notes will be issued.
