DeadRed Wake Thirteen will a little bit different... yet again.

The Cos venue is an 1800s built, heritage listed, former Anglican Church office, situated in historic leafy Leigh Street.

Serafino Wines will be offered as tastings on arrival. Serafino (Steve) Maglieri arrived in McLaren Vale in 1968, blazing with determination to establish a name in the wine industry. Serafino has worked hard to achieve the success he enjoys today, picking, pruning and working as a cellar hand before planting his own vineyards and building his first winery. Today, the Serafino vineyards have expanded to 300 acres of prime McLaren Vale land and a new-state-of-the-art winery that was purpose built for small batch production. Nestled between the sea and the hills with a Mediterranean climate, the McLaren Vale region is comparable to parts of southern Europe, producing outstanding Shiraz and Cabernet with intense flavours and distinctive characteristics. We can't wait to share their wines with you on the night.

Your own wine selections for judging will be Unearthing Wine from the 50's through to the 90's... and must be at least ten years old.

In true tradition... we will celebrate our journey through time. And our wine.

Please note, the start time for official proceedings is 7.30pm. Just Cos.

In addition… you can join Charlie for dinner at 6pm. To do this, you will need to either book direct with Cos or let Charlie know. To dine with Charlie, it will be $49.50 for a two course or they do have alternate menu's. Cos Ph: 82317611

And, wait… there's more. For the after party, we have Dangerfield playing for us... same venue #justcos, from 9pm. Dangerfield! is made up of Brett Monten, Rick Cannon and John Mulholland. They are an acoustic duo playing music from the sixties to today, including artists like INXS, Matchbox 20, Pearl Jam, Cold Play, The Beatles, Jason Mraz and Van Morrison. 

They will dance us into the night…
