Objectives

This interactive workshop demonstrates how organisations can achieve information accessibility for all staff and customers using Microsoft Office and Adobe software.

Insights are provided into the difficulties that people with disabilities face when accessing information in print and online. The workshop outlines how these issues are covered by policies and standards including the National Transition Strategy (NTS), and demonstrates practical techniques for making your print and online documents more accessible.

Audience

The workshop is targeted at anyone who creates documents for publication, including:

  • Marketing Personnel

Cancellations

All cancellations will incur an administration fee of $12.50. If notification is received 14 calendar days prior to workshop start date a full refund less administration fee will be provided; Cancellation between 14 and 7 calendar days prior to the workshop will result in a 50% refund less administration fee. Cancellation less than 7 days prior to the workshop, fees will not be refunded. In the event a workshop is cancelled by Vision Australia, a full refund will be provided to all applicants.
