Description

Native to India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka and South East Asia curries are favoured all over Asia and every region has their own signature flavours. Thai Curry is usually a soupy dish consisting of coconut milk or water, curry paste, vegetable and meat and it tends to be more soup-like compared to their thicker Indian cousins. There are dozens of Thai curries varying by the use of different curry pastes and other local ingredients. Let Wanitha Tanasingam guide you through the world of aromatic Thai Curries and let her show you how to make:
