San Francisco, California
London, United Kingdom
This workshop is especially designed for small community groups and not-for-profits trying to create programs with really limited resources.
In a fast-paced 2 hour session, you will learn how to identify existing skills, resources and tools within your organisation and your network. We will then show you to harness those resources and put them to use efficiently.
The workshop will also look at new insights into communication that will help you get the most from your team, let you explore practical ideas on working with diverse teams, and demonstrate methods for rapidly scaling your initiatives.
If you are planning to flourish in 2013 (and beyond) this workshop will help you get off to a flying start and maintain momentum.
The workshop is facilitated by ground-breaking community facilitator, Donnie Maclurcan (see below) and hosted by the positive marketing agency, Just Good Marketing. All participants in the workshop will also receive a 1 hour free consultation and mini-marketing audit courtesy of Just Good Marketing.
