Event Details

Committed to driving dialogue focused on the importance of having more women leaders in political, social and economic fields.

The Growth Faculty is proud to announce the launch of the Women World Changers Summit - Pioneering Progress, Breaking Barriers, Changing the Conversation.

This premier summit designed to drive a dialogue focused on the importance for greater workplace diversity and equality, features a line-up of international and national speakers never seen before on one stage.

Around the world, we are seeing the need for educated and empowered individuals to drive a sustainable women’s development agenda forward with greater speed, tenacity and passion.

While much progress has been made, much more is needed. Within Australia, women currently represent 12 percent of ASX200 executive managers. Only 23 women in CEO or board chair positions in ASX 200 companies. On the current trajectory it will take over 150 years for women to hold anywhere near the same number of positions at senior levels as men.

Women World Changers Summit will address the most critical leadership requirements to meet our current business challenges and allow us to tap into the full potential of the Australian workforce.

 Topics and themes covered include:

- Understanding the impact and economics of women, diversity and culture on business growth
- Leading and managing the workforce of the future – diverse, flexible, global, collaborative, mobile
- Attracting and retaining talent and building high performance teams
- March of the millennials, the new sharing economy and what this means for business

The diversity and inclusion debate has never been more important. to that end, women world changers all-inclusive agenda will aim to engage and attract all business and community leaders – male and female – to exchange ideas, engage in critical dialogue and find new ways to address the biggest business issue we are facing.

If you are ready to drive the dialogue and shape the future of Australia’s workforce – join us at the Women World Changers Summit.
