Every school holidays, William Blue College runs 'Day in the Life' workshops taking young hopefuls into some of Sydney's most well-known hotels, restaurants and bars. Whether cooking is your passion, running events or you just have an eye to serve and travel in style, a 'Day in the Life' will open your eyes to both the glamorous side, but also the reality of the hard working world of hospitality.

Cost: $50 p/p (includes all materials, lunch and transport to and from the 5-star hotel)
As William Blue College incurs costs in using online payments, a small fee will be deducted from any refunds that are requested upon cancellation. Fees are dependant on when you cancel your attendance:
1. Upwards of 48 hours from the event you will incur a $5 fee (refund of $45)
2. If you do not attend on the day and later request a refund you will incur a $20 fee to cover fees the planned catering on the day (refund of $30).
