THE WALSH BAY ARTS TABLE IS ALL ABOUT THE
REGIONS IN 2014 - SUPPORT ARTLANDS 2016
One of Sydney's most anticipated local annual arts events, the Walsh Bay Arts Table will feature the finest work from regional artists, al fresco degustation waterfront dining, regional wines and entertainment on Tuesday 11 November, 2014 ... and all with a view of the Sydney Harbour Bridge.
Hosted this year by Regional Arts NSW, the event will feature South Coast born-and-bred singer-songwriter Heath Cullen. Cullen who recently openened for four-time Grammy Award winning artist, Joe Henry’s national tour and has supported Aussie folk-rock veterans, The Waifs. Guest speaker is NSW Deputy Premier and Minister for the Arts, the Hon Troy Grant MP.
The evening will also feature a silent auction of high quality art from regional artists. Proceeds from Arts Table 2014 will be donated towards the development of arts and cultural activities in regional NSW including the Regional Arts Australia conference to be held in Dubbo in October 2016.
Participating restaurants from the Walsh Bay Arts Precinct include Dedes on the Wharf, Lotus Dumpling Bar, and Seawall, Simmer on the Bay,Sydney Dance Lounge with support from Fratelli Fresh, Sonoma and Vittoria Coffee. Wines by Pinnaroo Estate Wines.
Raffle prizes donated by Taronga Western Plains Zoo, Wild Brumby Schnapps Distillery, Heath Cullen and Venturo – Pizzeria, Birreria, Enoteca.
