In this 3-hour workshop you will complete the Prevent * Detect * Correct risk assessment to discover how your organisation’s environment contributes to bullying and other inappropriate behaviour.
Upon completion of this workshop you will:

- Know how to identify acts of bullying,
- Have a Workplace Bullying Policy to implement,

A little bit about the presenters:
Maureen Kyne, founder of Maureen Kyne & Associates (MK&A) has extensive experience in health and manufacturing with a key focus on the “recovery” aspect – where bullying has taken place. Maureen is a seasoned investigator of bullying, discrimination, sexual harassment, WHS and bullying claims.
Nicola Roberts, founder of Do Elephants Jump focuses on developing leadership and communication skills. She has managed international teams, mentors entrepreneurs, is a behavioural coach, an executive coach, a leadership consultant and a NLP Master Practitioner.
