Taste brings you an exclusive opportunity to learn from one of Brisbane's most touted restaurants, Gerard's, how to create a stunning middle eastern inspired entertaining experience.
Katie will share her secrets on setting stylish themes that frame and mark an occasion through use of colour and texture and importantly remaining contextual.
Highly regarded and widely touted, head chef Ben Williamson is plating up especially for you Tastees! Who else but Ben to bring his experience, creativity and flair to the fashion plate. He will show you some neat techniques allowing you to replicate a touch of gourmet splendour for the eyes and palate.
An informal sit down event that will be certain to inspire, entertain and tickle your foodie bone and giving you the tools to recreate something rather spectacular at home.
