When & Where
Will Dalton Meditation
Will Dalton teaches Vedic meditation, one of the oldest, most effortless and natural forms of meditation. The basic technique is practiced for 15-20 minutes in the morning and evening while sitting comfortably in a chair with the eyes closed. Using this technique, the individual's awareness settles down and he or she experiences a unique state of restful alertness.
