Sydney Day Trip
Tuesday, 22 July 2014 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM (AEST)
University of Sydney, NSW
San Francisco, California, USA
London, United Kingdom
Welcome to Sydney! Let us help you get to know some of Sydney’s most famous attractions. Choose from a trip to the beach, an opportunity to visit the place where colonial settlement started in 1788 or the popular Darling Harbour district.
All tours are happening concurrently so PLEASE SELECT ONLY ONE OF THE TOURS.
All tours will take about 3-5 hours. Your guides will be fellow students who will be able to give you some interesting trivia, answer all your questions, and tell you a thing or two about living in Sydney.
We realise that you are all adults, so we’re not going to be holding your hand all day! You should feel free to explore and make your own way back to campus or home. However our guides will also determine a meeting time for the trip back to University. Please note that whilst these tours are guided they are not supervised.
When & Where
University of Sydney Union
Established in 1874, the University of Sydney Union (USU) is Australia's oldest and largest student union, evolving from a small society of ambitious student debators to the largest service provider on campus.
We're a non-profit organisation dedicated to giving students a once-in-a-lifetime university experience. All profits from our commerical operations are directly invested back into our student programs and services.
We offer a huge range of co-curricular activities like our student leadership opportunities, entertainment and our coveted Clubs and Societies Program, which boasts more than 200 groups on campus. We also throw amazing events throughout the year like our well-known festivals.
We now have more than 13,000 members. To become a USU member, grab yourself an ACCESS Card at the ACCESS Desk, Level 1, Manning House or online. You’ll be rewarded with discounts at more than 40 locations on campus and even more locations off campus, and access to a world of fun outside of the classroom.
