What is consciousness, and how does it manifest in the brain and body? Is it possible to physically change the brain solely through mental practices?
In 1992 Professor Richard Davidson, one of the world's leading neuroscientists, met the Dalai Lama, who encouraged him to apply the same rigorous methods he used to study depression and anxiety to the study of compassion and kindness, qualities cultivated by Tibetan meditation practice. The results of Davidson's studies are documented in FREE THE MIND as they are applied to treating children with ADHD and returning Iraqi vets with PTSD.

CHOCOLATE TASTING - LOVING EARTH
Healthy - Sustainable - Fair: these are the three fundamental principles of Loving Earth and define the strict criteria which they use to source and develop all of their products. The purpose of Loving Earth is to make these foods available in a way that honors both the indigenous people that have cultivated them for thousands of years and the earth and ecosystems in which they are grown. Loving Earth is a Melbourne based company dedicated to sourcing and manufacturing the highest quality organic, fairly traded and wild crafted functional foods available. We work with small producer communities around the world to provide healthy, sustainable & fair ingredients, which we use to handcraft our unique range of raw chocolate bars and superfood snacks. Having established long-term relationships with several indigenous cooperatives, our aim is to help them add as much value as possible to their raw products at the point of origin.
