Whether you are new to yoga, or simply wanting to get back to basics, this progressive 6 week course will introduce the foundations of the practice of yoga, setting you up for a long-term practice adapted to YOU and your needs, and giving you the confidence to join in group classes.

Handouts are provided with photographs and step-by-step instructions , as well as video clips and guided relaxations to support you in practicing at home, which you will be supported to do during the course and beyond.
This course will give you a solid foundation in alignment and breath, as well as the guiding principles of practicing yoga such as practicing with loving kindness toward your body, and exploring your limits by “playing your edge” .
