About this event

NECA Foundation’s Site Office to Head Office is a training program designed specifically for the electrical industry, to assist the progression of trade based staff through to business leadership roles.

The program will be held over a period of four weeks, with two overnight training retreats at Spicers Hidden Vale in Grandchester.

The course aims to provide a pathway for talented people to find lifetime careers, financial reward and succession planning in their contracting business.

RETREAT DATES

  • Training retreat Part 1: Sun 15 - Mon 16 August 2021(with overnight stay)
  • Training retreat Part 2: Sun 12 - Mon 13 September 2021(with overnight stay)

  • 1 hour online kick off session, meet the facilitator and the other participants of the program

NECA Foundation was established in the late 1990s by a group of NECA members and our Group Training Organisation, NECA Electrical Apprenticeships (formerly NECA Group Training) and the generous industry wholesalers and manufacturers. It was set up to encourage the next generation of our industry to further their education. In 2016 the Foundation was incorporated and acquired Charity and Not-for-Profit status, with both the ACNC and ATO, and NECA as the Foundation’s sole member.
