Description

What?

She’s The Voice is all about EMPOWERING the preacher chicks of the world and any woman who is called to stand on a platform and deliver a message.

Who?

I'm Vicki Simpson & She's The Voice has been birthed in my heart. More importantly She's The Voice is about you and the countless women around the world who are called to be a voice for God.

Why?

I was trained in preaching and public ministry by a minister who made it his job to equip me for my calling. There was nothing accidental about it.
I have personally experienced the benefits of that kind of intentional and focused mentoring.

Now that I have over 20 years of ministry experience, I want to do the same for others.

For many years women of all ages have asked me for help. Some call it mentoring, others call it coaching or training. Whatever you call it, I simply want to meet a very specific need and give a boost to any woman who wants to lift her preaching game.

I regularly meet sisters in ministry who are giving it their best but feel inadequate due to lack of training and affirmation.

Then there are younger girls with a dream in their heart to preach and a desire to learn from someone who’s already got runs on the board.
Maybe you feel like you fall somewhere in between? Whatever your current stage of life or circumstances, if your desire is to lift the bar of confidence and expertise behind the pulpit,
She’s The Voice can help you.

How?

The first She’s The Voice initiative is the Masterclass.
The Masterclass is a “crash course” where I download the wealth of what I know and boost your confidence in preaching and platform ministry.
I believe the things of God are taught as well as caught. So there’ll be stuff to learn and stuff to catch!

My passion is making spiritual things down to earth and practical and this Masterclass is no exception.
There will also be time for all those burning questions you have plus opportunity to learn from each other.

As the Masterclass is a highly interactive training and impartation experience it will not be live streamed or recording made available for sale.

Heart?

My heart and prayer is that She’s The Voice will be life changing for any girl or woman who joins up for this experience.

I also pray that churches everywhere will experience the benefits and blessing of confident, skilled and anointed daughters ministering in their ranks.

C3 City, Corner Palmer and Stanley Streets Darlinghurst Sydney

Vicki was born and bred in Perth, Western Australia to an Italian dad and an Aussie mum. She originally had plans to be a high school teacher but soon realized, after her first teaching practical, that she was not cut out for it after all. So, after completing a Bachelor of Arts in English, Vicki worked in human resource management and staff training for 10 years (teaching adults instead) while studying for a Graduate Diploma in Business part time.

In 1992 Vicki’s life direction significantly changed course. She took leave without pay from her work and moved to Brisbane to attend a ministry training school for 5 months, primarily for her own personal development.

At the end of that time Vicki was given the opportunity to go into full time ministry, working initially with the ministry that trained her (and never did quite complete that Graduate Diploma).

After 18 months and without Vicki’s instigation, invitations spontaneously began arriving for her to preach and minister in various churches and denominations, initially within Australia and then overseas as well. That heralded the beginning of the ministry she performs today, preaching and ministering full time in local churches across the globe.

Essentially, Vicki is an encourager and builder of people’s faith. She comes alongside pastors to encourage them and their churches and loves an expression of the supernatural power of God that is relevant and at home in a contemporary church setting.

She is known for her down to earth, transparent style of ministry, warm humour and ability to communicate to all ages.

For the best part of the last 20 years, Vicki has been called an “itinerant” minister. It is not a term she is fond of as it infers a state of “homelessness”. Vicki is not homeless in any shape or form. She lives with her husband Damien in Sydney, Australia, is an ordained minister in the C3 movement and a part of C3 Oxford Falls, under the leadership of their Senior Pastors, Phil and Chris Pringle.
