Welcome to my second event where I host a casual cooking class designed for fun and interaction.
Join me whilst I share my knowledge of Vietnamese home cooking, and you fill your bellies with delicious food.
Following on from the success of rice paper roll night, I will now demonstrate how to pour your own savoury crepes.
Banh xeo (savory coconut crepe) is one of my favourite Vietnamese foods to eat. It’s crispy on the outside, packed with flavour and fun to make.
Get involved with prepping a prawn and pork filling and a mushroom and tofu filling. Pour your own sizzling crepe and enjoy a sit-down dinner with fellow guests. Finish off with a light pallet cleansing dessert.
Machi Japanese restaurant and bar in St Kilda are proud to support my next class.
We will have access to a wide selection of beverages from the menu, a commercial kitchen to play in and a lovely setting to wine and dine in.
Recipes will be provided for take away so you can use at home.
You will leave the class with the confidence to incorporate Vietnamese cooking into your everyday meals at home - and knowing how to amaze your guests the next time they visit you for dinner!
$40 per person (excludes drinks)
