Queensland Poetry Slam: Cloncurry heat

Are you Queensland’s next slam champion? The search is on for brave new voices to speak their mind at the Queensland heats of the Australian Poetry Slam ‘14. Contestants have two minutes to own the stage, rock the mic and win over the audience with their original spoken word poetry. Judges from the audience rate each performance and two worthy wordsmiths will carry on to battle it out at the State Final in September.

This ticket gives you entry to the event only. Competitor sign up is at the door from 8.30am.
