In July's meeting, Michael Gianarakis will present the topic "Designing Secure iOS Applications".
Michael Gianarakis is a Managing Consultant in Trustwave’s SpiderLabs team where he manages the delivery of technical security services in the APAC region. Michael has been working in the security industry for the better part of a decade, previously holding positions at Securus Global, Ernst & Young and Deloitte. Specialising in application security, his work has assisted developers and organisations across most industry sectors secure their applications and platforms. Michael has presented at numerous industry events and meetups including Black Hat Asia, CrikeyCon, WAHCKon and YOW! Connected.
This talk will cover how to secure applications against the vulnerabilities that are most prevalent on the iOS platform. It is aimed at anyone interested in designing and developing secure iOS applications and will cover key security controls to mitigate iOS application security risks.
Time: 5:30pm for a 6pm start. Lifts to Level 1 will be locked after 6pm. Please arrive before then!
