Mindful in May
Taking a pause is a radical act in this fast paced world. If you’ve heard about mindfulness and wondered what it was about or had meditation on your list of things to do, Mindful in May makes learning mindfulness meditation easy and meaningful.
It’s a one-month global online meditation challenge delivered to your inbox daily in May, to motivate you to bring a healthy mindful habit into your day and make a huge difference in the world.
You will learn how to meditate and at the same time raise funds to help address the global water crisis, with 1 in 9 people on the planet who struggle daily to access clean, safe drinking water.
The campaign includes weekly audio guided meditation downloads, video interviews with world leading experts and cutting edge science to keep you connected to your challenge.
While you learn to meditate and be mindful, your donation and fundraising will ripple across the world and help save the lives of thousands of people living in the developing world.
