This workshop will show you how to set up a working environment including all the tools that are part of jBPM5.  You will then be able to model your own process and then test and debug it, using the Eclipse tooling.  Once you upload your process to the knowledge repository, you will also be able to manage your process and human tasks in a web-based environment.

Session 3: jBPM, more than "just" BPM

BPM has changed significantly in the last few years! There are new standards, new technologies and new approaches.  There is a growing need for more advanced, adaptive processes, integration with services, business rules and event processing, mobile BPM, social BPM, and much more.  This presentation touches on some of these more advanced concepts and how jBPM5 is tackling these.  And some insight in what's to come !

15:00 Discussion and Advanced Workshop

We are always interested in what YOU want.  If you already have experience with jBPM, what are the things you like to see added or improved?  If you're just starting out, what are you looking for.  Time to ask what's on your mind!  People can also continue the workshop where they left off or try one of the more advanced exercises, like creating a domain-specific node, a task form, or integrate a business rule.
