Dr Stella Minahan, Senior Lecturer in Management at Deakin's Graduate School of Business within the Faculty of Business and Law is an expert in retail and consumer behaviour. She will discuss how consumers have gained significant power as a result of the changes in retail and retail technology. She is also currently overseeing a research project about how Costco and Australian customers have had to change and adapt to new retail formats.
This presentation will explore how we are shopping, industry trends and what retailers are doing to get a share of our spending.
