FreshlyHacked is a weekend where fresh ideas, talents and skills collide. A search for innovative, entrepreneurial and solutions to solve problems that we all face in our daily life. If you've always had a startup or entrepreneurial idea and want to work with a group of people around the idea, this is for you. Or you may just love ideas and want to work with a group of people to launch a startup or idea.
The 48 hour will bring together a diverse group of young people up to the age of 29 regardless of your backgrounds, talents, skills or whether if you have any ideas!
How does it work?
Participants (i.e. YOU) come together on Friday evening for some food and drinks and listen to some pitches or you pitch your own idea. The top ideas voted by you will go through to the next round where everyone is invited to form teams around the voted ideas.
Over the 2 days, teams then work on turning the idea into concept, business case and build a prototype or minimum viable product to be pitched on the final day.
Following the weekend, the networks and partners will support, mentor and kick in to help bring these fresh ideas to life.
