Developing a Fundraising Strategy for your Project or Social Enterprise
Tuesday, 12 February 2013 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM (EST)
This workshop will help open people's eyes to potentially new ways of thinking about funding.
Securing a stable source of funding is usually one of the most challenging aspects of launching a new endeavour. There are a lot of pitfalls for young entrepreneurs including how to position yourself as an attractive destination for funds without compromising your core purpose.
This workshop is aimed at helping organisations identify and access a range of different funding sources. It will be tailored to both founders and organisational staff in the early stages of growth for an organisation and more established organisations looking to expand their funding sources. This workshop will provide key insghts for NFPs. Social enterprises may also benefit from considering other funding sources.
