Event Details

Debunking Ovulation and Debunking PCOS, my two current e-course's are missing a key ingredient; helping others to cope with stress.

In this rapidly changing monkey race we live in, we’ve not been taught what stress actually is, it’s a tricky part of our lives and certainly a modern day issue. What’s more, we’ve not yet been shown how it is affecting us and how we must grab it by the horns and learn to manage it better – not only for our own health but for that of future generations. They are the next squad up for kicking goals and we must be able to pass on truthful and wise information to help overcome the epidemic.

Stress is upsetting our hormones on an epic scale – and if you think this doesn't effect you, you can return to mars. This is an issue we are all facing.

Debunking Stress will pry open the minds of the audience to understand exactly what stress is, making people aware it’s so much more than a pending deadline. We’ll discuss;

+ emotional pressure

+ environmental influences

+ fast paced living

+ over exercising

+ poor digestion

These are ALL stressors that we all experience yet we don’t talk about it because we aren’t given useful techniques to manage it. We can’t sweep it under Aladin’s carpet and there is no magic Genie we can call on to make it magically disappear. BUT we can learn our own ways to take control which is part of this unique event.

Debunking Stress, unlike my other ecourses will house a live panel discussion with some prominent people in the industry. I'm proud as punch to bring you the amazing people that are...

- Andrew Daddo

- Bianca Dye

- Jane Allsop

& myself!

We’ll discuss the troubles they’ve over come and the best techniques they adopted to assist in managing and overcoming stress and it’s influence it has on our bodies. *

PLUS the cherry on top - you’ll walk away with specific techniques that allow you to take control of your own life - quick easy solutions that you can add to your tool kit of fixes.

This is a one off, not to be repeated ‘pop up’ event - so grab your friends (take advantage of our bundle options) and be quick because spaces are limited.

Natalie Kringoudis

Natalie Kringoudis is a Doctor of Chinese Medicine, Acupuncturist, Natural Fertility Educator, Author and Speaker.

Nat’s belief in the benefits of alternative therapies saw her establish her own Women’s Health and Natural Fertility in Melbourne, The Pagoda Tree, in 2003.

After several years of studying biosciences with a medical influence, Nat found herself facing too many unanswered questions around various medicine models.  Her heart lead her to Chinese Medicine, which went on to reveal her to her an entirely new and unique treatment perspective – integrating the western medical approach with alternative therapies, Chinese medicine and natural fertility methods.

Natalie's expertise in fertility and natural medicine has been featured in many publications, including Marie Claire, Cosmo Health, Cosmo Pregnancy and Body + Soul, and she has appeared on The Morning Show as their Natural Health expert.  She has now gone onto produce & co-host her own web series, healthtalks and written two books – an e-book, Fertilise Yourself and co-wrote Eat Fat, Be Thin.

Natalie's passion is educating women on the use of alternative therapies and nutrition and provides her expert insight  on her website, www.natkringoudis.com.au where she shares with thousands of people up to the minute information on health and fertility, as well as recipes for healthy living and wellness.
