We're excited to announce the delightful and wonderously happy Pip Jamieson from The Loop as our first speaker for 2013!
Pip is co-founder of creative community The Loop, Australia’s leading networking site for creative professionals. A Sydney based Londoner with a distinctive marmite laugh (you either love it or hate it) Pip started her career working on the BRIT Awards before moving to MTV where she spent six glorious years working in a number of roles around the world. In 2009 she launched The Loop with her great friend Matt Fayle! The rest, as they say, is history!
We're excited to announce that CreativeMornings will be hosting unified themes across our 40+ chapters starting in 2013. This month, over 5000 attendees will meet up at CreativeMornings events on six continents for speakers that relate to our January theme, 'Happiness'.
The Loop, is Australia's leading career networking and portfolio-building site for creative professionals, kinda like a sexy multi-media version of linkedIn.
Creatives can promote themselves online by creating a FREE online profile; including portfolio, showreel and resume and gain access to tons of industry jobs and opportunies. The aim of the site is to help connect creatives with one-another and with industry, with the eventual aim of bagging them that dream collaborator, job or client. In short it’s a living, breathing online community of creative people.
This month's event will be generously hosted by Macleay College
