Lynette Bolton – Media Personality, Business Owner LCB Productions
Lynette is a very proud first time mum who gave birth to her darling daughter Siarra in January 2012. Married to Sydney Swans dual Premiership Player Jude Bolton, Lynette is one busy lady who juggles motherhood with being a wife, business owner (LCB Productions – Weddings & Events) and media personality.
Lynette recently appeared on the hit Australian television series WAG Nation and is regularly sought after for media appearances and hosting/MC roles. Her work with Channel 7, including The Morning Show’ and ‘Sunrise’ has her chatting about all of her favourite things – fashion, weddings, event planning and of course babies!
You will often see Lynette sharing her opinion on current events as a regular commentator in the Kochie's Angels segment. She is a member of the ‘Style Squad’ panel and makes regular appearances as the resident ‘celebrity’ baby commentator alongside the editor of Practical Parenting Magazine. You will also find her every now and then being allowed to comment on the AFL!
Allie Gaunt – One Handed Cooks Creator
If Allie had to sum up herself in three roles, she would say devoted mama, writer and cook.
Two years ago she left her career as an advertising copywriter to raise her beautiful son Harry, and has never looked back. Having also spent many years as a nanny, she saw various families feed their children in different ways. The difference between the children who ate a range of healthy foods compared to those who didn’t was very obvious in all aspects of behaviour, sleeping and development. She promised herself there and then she would invest time in cooking food and food knowledge when she had my own children. So when her precious Harry started solids she found herself spending a serious amount of time in the kitchen. Testing flavours and consistencies became her new life and she invented new recipe ideas that Harry absolutely loved, and other mums wanted to try.
She started One Handed Cooks and shared each and every recipe, with the goal to inspire others to get back to basics and cook beautifully simple, nutritious food for their children
Jessica Beaton – Accredited Practising Dietitian, One Handed Cooks
Jessica has always wanted to work in health. With a passion for sport, physical activity, cooking and enjoying good food it seemed like a natural path to follow. Since completing her university degree in Nutrition and Dietetics she has been working as a clinical dietitian for over 7 years and is an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) with the Dietitians Association of Australia (DAA).
As a new mum to her gorgeous boy George she has been amazed at how fast bubs grow and how quickly they learn. Now as they begin the exciting (and delightfully messy) journey of starting solids she is applying what she knows, plus learning some new things along the way, to help provide him with all his nutritious needs and encourage healthy eating behaviours from the start.
Jessica has now joined forces with the creator of One Handed Cooks, Allie Gaunt and hopes to share on their website www.onehandedcooks.com.au healthy recipes and helpful nutrition tips to further inspire good health in your children and in yourselves.
