Description

This Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) training is an engaging two-day course designed to immerse you in Scrum’s fundamental principles while also offering a wide range of highly practical tactics, techniques and tips that work in the ‘real world’. This interactive course features a blend of activities, exercises, in-depth discussions and presentation segments to ensure that all learning styles are engaged.

The Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification is the most globally recognised ScrumMaster certification, governed by the peak industry body, the Scrum Alliance. Home to the largest network of professional Scrum practitioners in the world, the Scrum Alliance applies the most stringent trainer certification process in the industry to ensure that you receive truly world-class Scrum training.

Who leads the training?

To ensure you get quality coaching, there will be two instructors on hand to help with your transition to Scrum.

Ilan Goldstein is a Certified Scrum Trainer (CST), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) and experienced PMP and PRINCE2 Practitioner. Ilan is one of only three trainers in Australia licensed to certify for the Scrum Alliance (the largest body of Scrum professionals in the world) and one of only five CSTs in the world to have been invited to write a book for the acclaimed ‘Mike Cohn Signature Series’.

Colin Tan is a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) and illustrator of Scrum Shortcuts Without Cutting Corners, a book that is part of the popular Mike Cohn Agile Signature Series. Colin is an experienced Product Owner with a strong background in User Experience and Product Management and Business Analysis.

Both Ilan and Colin are directors of Scrum Australia, a not-for-profit organisation behind Scrum Australia 2013, Australia's first Scrum focused event.
