The Building Better Resilience in the Workplace workshop will examine the concept of resilience, show you how to capitalise on your strengths and to recognise and address your stress triggers to build better resilience.  You will also learn how to manage your thoughts and emotions during challenging times.  

Resilience is about maintaining a positive outlook during stressful times and shifting perspective to recognise challenges as a learning and strengthening experience.  Building better resilience will help you bounce back from challenges.

Josie from JB Consulting and Psychology provides an integrative holistic approach to her services by considering her client's mental wellbeing.  She has been helping clients improve their confidence, social/interpersonal skills, heal the self and change life directions since 2009.

Josie established JB Consulting and Psychology in 2009 with a vision to create a platform that will support and improve her client's personal and professional wellbeing.  JB Consulting and Psychology has since been providing consulting and counselling services to individuals and organisations.  This includes counselling, developing programs, running workshops and sharing her expert knowledge.

She is a qualified counsellor with experience and credentials in psychology, counselling and communications.
