AILA Forecast Festival 2014- Come Back To My Place Event- "Not In My Backyard"

The Theme “Not in My Backyard” will be loosely explored with displays and activities.

We are fortunate to have fantastic views from the top of the Cardno Building in Fortitude Valley, where we watch daily as Brisbane’s own “back yard” rapidly changes.

As the city grows horizontally and vertically, “the backyard” is under pressure.

Some are shrinking; some are disappearing while others are lovingly landscaped.

The event will include displays of projects as well as activities to amuse, surprise and enthral.

Afternoon refreshments will be available throughout the event.

This event will be held in the Cardno Head Office, Level 11 Green Square North Tower, 515 St Pauls Terrace, Fortitude Valley, Brisbane.

Catch a train to Fortitude Valley Station- walk through car park end of Centre to Alfred Street – head east towards Cardno building in Green Square Close (approx. 300m).

Delegates are to meet at the Level 11 Reception at 2pm.
