At its heart Adaptive Leadership is an exciting and fresh approach to framing the complex issues our organisations and communities face and in addressing these complex issues to make a significant and sustainable difference. Adaptive leadership practice is value focused, catalytic, and works to enable at all levels. It distinguishes between technical fixes and adaptive challenges and offers an exciting alternative model of leading organisational change efforts.
This workshop will bring together the practices of adaptive leadership and change management to assist organisations address the massive changes which are impacting on the sector. This workshop will be a hands on experience for participants who will plan and reflect on a specific change effort within their own organisations.

TasCOSS is the peak body for the Tasmanian community services sector. TasCOSS represents the interests of its members and their clients to government, regulators, the media and the public. Through our advocacy and policy development, we draw attention to the causes of poverty and disadvantage and promote the adoption of effective solutions to address these issues.
