Rohan Anderson will cook and prepare the menu from food he’s hunted, grown and bartered near Ballarat. As well as sustainable food for thought, there’ll be a Conversation Menu exploring some of the thornier and funnier sides of being Australian.
The Australian Future Foods Lab, exploring the revival of Australian native foods, will be on site offering their unique sensory experience.
