Event Details

This session unpacks Rotor’s most recent curatorial project, an invitation (from Rem Koolhaas) to create an exhibition on the work of OMA at the Barbican in London. While learning more about the work of this intriguing group of designers, we ask how does a collective curate for one of the most influential architecture practices working today? In effect, how do you keep everybody happy?

and David Burns of N
Skype Interview

Founded in 2005, Rotor is a collective of people sharing a common interest in the material flows in industry and construction.

On a practical level, Rotor handles the conception and realization of design and architectural projects. On a theoretical level, Rotor develops critical positions on design, material resources, and waste through research, exhibitions, writings and conferences.
